1 -Definitions:The hirer is someone who hires, agent noun of hire while a hiree is someone who hires from a hirer.
"Hiree" means the person or company who accepts the Hirer’s Quotation for the hire of the Goods or whose Order for the Goods is accepted by the Hiree.
"Goods" means the goods (including any installment of the goods or any parts for them) which the Hirer is to supply in accordance with these Terms.
"Order" means the Hiree’s acceptance of the Hirer’s Quotation for the Goods or the order placed by the Hirer for the Goods whether by means of the Hirer’s catalogue or web site which the Hiree accepts.

"Terms" means the standard terms of hire set out in this document and includes any special terms agreed in writing between the Hirer and the Hiree.
These Terms govern the hire of the Goods hired by the Hirer to the Hiree named on the order form provided on the Hirer’s web site or catalogue and where the Goods are supplied as a result of the Hiree’s acceptance of the Quotation. The completed order form or Quotation together with the Terms constitute the entire and only agreement between the parties in relation to the hire of the Goods and comprises a legally binding contract between the parties.
2 - Price and payment:
3.1 If the Hiree places an Order via the Hirers’s web site the price payable for the Hire will be set out on the web site at the time the Hiree places the Order..
3.2 Notwithstanding the above clauses the Hirer reserves the right by giving notice to the Hiree at any time before delivery, to vary the price of the Hire to reflect any increase/decrease in cost to the Hirer which is due to any factor beyond the control of the Hirer.
3.3 The Hiree shall be responsible for any charges for VAT, carriage in addition to the price for the Hire unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties.
3.4 The Hirrer must receive payment for the total price of the Hire and any applicable charges for VAT, carriage and insurance, before the Order can be accepted unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4 - Delivery and Hire:
4.1 Delivery of the Goods shall be made by the Hirer to the address of the Hiree as stipulated on the Order, or by Hiree collecting the Goods at the HIrer’s premises at any time after the Hirer has notified the Hiree that the Goods are ready for collection.
4.2 Any dates quoted for delivery of the Goods are approximate only and the Hirer shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the Goods howsoever caused.
4.3 If the Hiree fails to take delivery of the Goods then without limiting any other right or remedy available to the Hirer, the Hirer may store the Goods until actual delivery and charge the Hiree for the reasonable costs (including insurance) of storage.
4.4 Risk of damage to or loss of the Goods shall pass to the Hirer : a) in the case of Goods to be delivered at the Hirees premises, at the time of delivery or, if the Hiree wrongfully fails to take delivery of the Goods, the time when the Hirer has tendered delivery of the Goods; or b) in the case of Goods the HIree has requested the Hirer to leave unattended at their requested delivery address when the Hiree is unable to take receipt of the goods and sign for the goods, at the time of delivery. c) in the case of Goods being collected from the Hirer’s premises, at the time when the Hirer notifies the Hiree that the Goods are available for collection.
4.5 Notwithstanding delivery and the passing of risk in the Goods, or any other provision of these Terms, the rental of the Goods shall not pass to the Hiree until the Hirer has received in cash or cleared funds payment in full of the price of the Hire together with any charges in respect of VAT, and carriage.
4.6 Until such time as the property in the Hire passes to the HIree, the Hirer may at any time require the HIree to deliver up the Goods to the Hirer, and if the HIree fails to do so forthwith, enter on any premises of the Hiree or any third party where the Hired Equipment is stored and repossess the Hired Equipment..
4.11 Deliveries are delivered to the front door of ground floor locations only. The delivery person/driver may at his/her discretion; assist with delivering the goods to a location within the premises nominated by the customer, at the customer’s own risk.
5 - Availability:
The Hire of our Goods/ Services are for Domestic use Only, and Cannot be used for Commercial use
5.1 The Hirer shall endeavour to hold sufficient stock to meet all Hires, however if there are insufficient stock to supply or deliver the Goods already paid for by the HIree, the Hirer shall, at its discretion, supply or deliver a substituted product or refund to the Hiree the price paid for the Rental as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days or, where the Hiree is an account customer, The Hirer may, at its absolute discretion, raise a credit to offset the amount invoiced to the Hiree.
6 - Cancellation and returns:
6.1 Due to our fast turn around times cancellation of a hire MUST be made within 4 hours of the order being placed, by calling 07624 471622.
6.2 Returns can only be made if the goods are faulty or not as described.

7 - Liability:
The Hiree is responsible for the safe keeping of the hired equipment whilst in thier care.
A deposit is required. At the time the Equipment is ordered, we may require the Hiree to pay a deposit and/or require the Hiree to provide details of a valid credit or debit card and allow us to take a deposit.
Nature of the Deposit. The Deposit shall be a deposit against default by the Hiree of payment of any Charges or any Additional Charges or any loss of or damage caused to the Equipment.
Return of Deposit. Unless we are entitled to make a deduction from the deposit the full amount of the deposit will be returned to the Hiree at the end of the Hire Period.
9 - Events beyond our control:
The Hirer shall have no liability to the Hiree for any failure or delay in supply or delivery or for any damage or defect to the Goods supplied or delivered hereunder that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control (including without limitation strikes, weather, lockouts, acts of God and the like.
10 - General:
The Hire of our Goods / Services are for Domestic use Only, and Cannot, and Must not be used for Commercial use.
If any part of these conditions are invalid, illegal or unenforceable (including any provision in which the Hirer excludes its liability to you, the Hiree ) the validity, legality or enforceability of any other part of these conditions will not be affected.
